Tao Te Ching
Passage #76

Men are born soft and supple;
dead, they are stiff and hard.
Plants are born tender and pliant;
dead, they are brittle and dry.

Thus whoever is stiff and inflexible
is a disciple of death.
Whoever is soft and yielding
is a disciple of life.

The hard and stiff will be broken.
The soft and supple will prevail.

Pretty great passage with lots of wisdom behind it.

So ask yourself…
Are you soft, supple, tender and pliant? - A disciple of life who will prevail.
or
Are you stiff, hard, brittle, and dry? - A disciple of death who will be broken.

Consider your physical body.
Consider your mental state.
Consider your relationships with people you love.
Consider your relationships with people you hate.

Be conscious of your realization over the next few days.
Move towards life.
